Mass-market flying cars a step closer after China deal signed

The mass manufacturing of a flying car has taken a step closer to reality with a new deal signed between AirCar developers KleinVision and Chinese flying car specialist Hebei Jianxin Flying Car Technology Co., LTD.

Under the deal, the Chinese company will have the exclusive rights to manufacture and distribute flying cars that use KleinVision’s groundbreaking technology within a specific geographical region.

The dual-mode AirCar was given its airworthiness certificate in Slovakia, the home of KleinVision in 2022 after successfully demonstrating it is safe to fly to EASA standards, a program that included over 200 take-offs
